In Loving Memory of
Connie Taylor, 58, of Stamford, passed peacefully into the arms of her Lord and Savior on Thursday, February 18, 2016. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Mackenzie Trail Cowboy Church with her loving husband, Greg Taylor officiating. Immediately following the service, the family will receive guests and visitors in the church fellowship hall. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 22, 2016 in New Lebanon Cemetery, Aquilla, Texas under the direction of Kinney-Underwood Funeral Home in Stamford.
Connie was born February 12, 1958 in Columbus, Texas, the daughter of Marvin John and Doris (Kotrla) Stock. Connie married Greg Taylor on July 13, 1984 in Peoria, Texas and they moved to Stamford in 2010 from Whitney, Texas. Connie was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, and friend to many. She was a faithful member of Mackenzie Trail Cowboy Church.
Connieâ€™s mother, and one great grandson, Gunner Edwards preceded her in death.
Surviving Connie are her husband, Greg Taylor of Stamford; a daughter, Brandy Cook and husband Ricky of Aquilla, a son, Greg Taylor, Jr. and wife Wendy of Haskell; eight grandchildren, Madison Cook, Sidney Cook, Caleb Cook, Kellie Jenkins, Katelyn Jenkins, Ethan Jenkins, Kash, Kannyn Taylor; her father, Marvin J. Stock of Peoria; a sister, Jennifer Stock of Dallas; and her extended church family of Mackenzie Trail Cowboy Church.
