    Beverly Blanche Randall, 91, a native of Olean, New York and resident of Carrollton, died on Monday, January 18, 2016 at a local hospital.

    Beverly was born on April 14, 1924, the oldest of 6 children born to the late Lennen W. Gould and the late Dorothy Nina Laing Gould. Always caring and compassionate, she would pursue a career in nursing, graduating from Arnot Ogden School of Nursing in in Elmira, New York. She would excel, working her way through various nursing positions, concluding her career as a Certified Occupational Nurse.

    Soon after retirement, she would move to the Carrollton area to be closer to her daughter. She was a member of Holy Covenant United Methodist Church, and enjoyed attending until her health began to decline. She was also a proud member of the Daughters of the American Revolution. (DAR)

    Beverly was the wife of a Lions Past District Governor. She loved traveling with him to the various functions that he would attend. She herself was a member of the Wellsville, NY Lioness Club.

    Beverly was a "people person". She loved reading, but her passion was always helping others. As time allowed, she loved doing genealogy research.

    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Edward Randall; daughter, Gail Randall Holland; siblings, Donna Gould Ackley, Betty Chappell, Marjorie Dart and Doris Wesley.

    She is survived by children, Paula Randall of Carrollton, Mark C. Randall of Buffalo, NY; 5 grandchildren and a brother, Ronald Gould of Illinois.

    A private family ceremony will occur at Allegany Protestant Cemetery, Cattaraugus County, New York, where Beverly will be laid in her final resting place beside her husband.
