MARCOS JOHN HOOVER
Marcos John Hoover, 57, of Odessa went home to his mansion in the sky on August 5th, 2014. He was born may 4th, 1957, in Las Vegas, NV to Gerald and Ruth Hoover.
A celebration of Life service will be held at First Southern Baptist Church Gardendale at 7:00 PM o August 19th, 2014. He will be laid to rest at a later date beside his wife Sandy and his parents Gerald and Ruth Hoover at New Hope Cemetery in Lone Camp, Texas.
Mark Spent his life as a heavy equipment operator in Texas, New Mexico and Colorado. He loved the mountains, fly fishing for trout in Colorado, wood working and Just cooking off of the bed of his truck. He was a simple man with a big heart.
The family would like to thank all of his friends for the many thoughts, prayers, help and support during his time of need. Your gifts of kindness have been such a blessing. A special thank you to the staff at Permian residential care center and Hospice of Andrews. To Roger Smith, Willie Harris, Terry Easley and Darrell Sutton, who were always there when he needed you, thank you ALL from the bottom of our hearts.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial donations be made to Permian Residential Care Center or Hospice of Andrews as a memorial for taking such wounderful care of Mark.
Mark is preceded in death by his wife Sandy Hoover, his parents Gerald and Ruth Hoover.
He is survived by his little brother Louie Hoover and Wife Brenda of Odessa and many nieces and nephews.
What a wounderful brother and friend to son many. Its not good bye but see ya later! The last know wood carving he did was "The End of the Trail".
